2016 HFUU Membership Survey (for active members)

Aloha HFUU Supporter!

The growth of HFUU has been powered by the passions of dozens of members taking voluntary leadership roles; and by both members and non-members (our constituents) who continually engage with their respective chapters to build bonds, share resources and vision a healthy and sustainable food future for Hawai’i.

With the recent upgrade of our website and database, we now have a platform that will take us to charter status and allow us to do more for family farmers who value regenerative farming practices.

In anticipation of the upcoming 2016 HFUU Annual Convention in Hilo (Oct. 14-16), the HFUU policy committee has created a member survey designed to aggregate the collective interests and needs of our active members. It will remain posted until Sept. 26th and requires 10-15 minutes of your time (warning: the survey will time out in 15 minutes).

The survey is available to members only, which requires anyone viewing this invitation who is not a member to either:

  1. a) Become a member
  2. b) Renew your membership
  3. c) Create a password to go with your login email (this also applies to those of you who are not quite ready to commit to a membership, but who want the benefits of having an active HFUU account).

Don’t remember your current member status and/or haven’t created a login password yet?

Simple: Access your account.

Now, please take the time to fill out the survey so we can better address your needs and concerns.

2016 MEMBER SURVEY (Closes 9/26)

We enthusiastically invite you to share your perspective with this important survey as well as begin to take advantage of all the great new benefits from your investment — your membership with HFUU.

Your personal information will be kept confidential.  The results of the survey will be shared with membership so that Hawai‘i Farmers Union United will continue to cultivate positive change with your valued input.

Mahalo in advance for taking the time to participate.  We appreciate you!

Sincerely,
