AIR TRAVEL

We are suggesting that attendees fly into Maui on Thursday evening, November 7, 2019 to be ready for the Convention beginning the morning of Friday, November 8th. If you are a board member flying to Maui or your chapter is going to be paying your way, please contact Karen Reid at karenreid424@hotmail.com and let her know what flights you are interested in, and she'll book them for you. Travel through our corporate account allows 2 free checked bags, which will be helpful to bring local produce to Maui and/or camping gear.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We have requested 20 rooms for the convention at the Maui Beach Hotel at 170 Kaahumanu Ave, Kahului, HI 96732 for 4 nights, beginning Thursday, November 7th. Our rate is $148 plus tax per night plus an amenity fee of $15 which includes Wi-Fi and $5/parking if you have a car. The rooms come with 2 queen beds. CAMPING

If you are interested in camping during the HFUU state convention we are providing camping space at the convention venue for $10/night. You'll have access to a shower.
